1. Our Information
Greeneland Creative, LLC is a corporation located in the United States. InkleDesigner123.com is a website dedicated to one of the company’s products, an app called Inkle Designer 1-2-3.
2. The Information We Obtain
Information Collected Automatically
The app automatically logs error messages and data regarding your use of the app. The error messages log what the app was trying to do at the time it encountered the error. The usage data is a count of how many times you access a specific screen or function of the app. This usage data is only a count and does not track the total amount of time spent in a function or any other data.
These automatically collected logs would collect your Project Name or Color Palette Name. However, in iOS 12 and 13, we have built into the app a function that automatically displays the word ‘redacted’ instead of your Project Name or Color Palette Name. In iOS 14 and later, we implemented Apple’s Privacy function which automatically ‘hashes’ these fields, which means the fields are assigned a number and do not display the text. Therefore, even if your Project Name or Color Palette Name includes personally identifiable information, we will never see it.
All of the logs are stored only on your device. They are not automatically transmitted to Greeneland Creative, Inc.
Information Collected Directly
We may implement a process through which you can submit logs to us in order to receive support. If we do this, you would affirmatively select and send the logs, through a form or email. Information collected in that manner, would be subject to our Website Privacy Policy rather than this App Privacy Policy. Regardless, at this time, we have not implemented such a process and all the logs remain solely on your device.
3. Data Retention
The logs created by the app are stored on your device using Apple’s built in system and process. Please see Apple’s Privacy Policies for information on how long this system data is retained. If you are filling out a form on this website in order to seek support for the app, please see our Website Privacy Policy for information on data retention.
4. International Transfers
Greeneland Creative, LLC and inkledesigner123.com are located in the United States. When you submit personal information to us, we receive it and process it in the United States. If you are located outside of the United States, please be aware that you are submitting your personal information to us in the United States. The laws of the United States may not provide the level of protection to your personal information required under your local laws. However, we take the privacy of your data very seriously and will not use, disclose, or transfer your information, except as described in this Privacy Policy.
